Centre Management

At Ballina Central, we are more than happy to assist with all your shopping needs. You'll find our Centre Management Office located behind Shop 5.

The Centre Management Office is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

Free Parking

Ballina Central offers shaded convenient parking. We have approximately 600 spaces, 80 of which are covered with sun shade for your shopping convenience.

Parents Room

We offer baby change stations in both the female and male toilets. Located near Lazy Chicken at the IGA Mall Entrance.

Disabled Toilets

Our disabled toilets are located in both the female and male bathrooms which are located near Lazy Chicken at the IGA Mall Entrance.

Lost and Found Property

Centre Management collect and log any lost and found items that are found in the centre. You'll find our Centre Management Office located behind Shop 5. For more information call 02 6681 4260
